Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Bossbid respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Bossbid has no responsibility for content on other web sites that you may find or access when using Bossbid’s products or services. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries. The terms of use of those web sites, and not the Bossbid Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.

It is Bossbid’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Bossbid and/or others.

Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Agent for Notice

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Bossbid's Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
2. a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Bossbid site, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site;
4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

Permissions Requests

If you are seeking Permission to use any Bossbid trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features (collectively "Brand Features"), permission is required.

Please note that any material that features trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material (including banners and buttons) from any third party may require that third party's and/or others' specific and additional permission. Bossbid makes no representation or warranty as to your proposed use of any such material.

Your request will be processed promptly once we receive your request. You will typically receive a response within ten business days. If your request is approved, that approval will be expressly subject to the above-referenced Guidelines as well as all additional terms set forth in Bossbid's Notification of Approval and License Agreement.

Approved Bossbid buttons may be downloaded and used to link to Bossbid, without specific permission.

Bossbid disclaims any responsibility for the content of any third party materials provided through or on the Bossbid.com Internet sites or through third party web pages that participate in the Bossbid affiliates program. Bossbid does respect the rights of copyright owners and desires to respond accordingly when notified of the infringement of those rights. Therefore, in accordance with Bossbid policy and, where applicable, in compliance with 17 U.S.C. The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Bossbid to locate the material, including at least one search term under which the material appears in Bossbid search results.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Bossbid to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
